Can I cancel my order？
We often start processing your order within 24 hours after receiving your order. If you want to cancel the order, please email us, and we will try to cancel the order for you, but if your package has been shipped, printed by the vendor, unfortunately, your order can not be canceled. If you still insist to cancel your order, you would have to pay 25% of the order price for the printed item as cancellation fee.
I have files can be printed directly, how to send to you?
Please tell us the size you want. The pixel of the picture is best more than 3000px * 3000px, or the resolution at least 300dpi, otherwise the print will be blurry.

How to hang?
We provide top pole pocket and grommets.Attention！ If you do not leave a message on your order, we do not add pockets and grommets by default.
How to remove wrinkles?
All our backdrops are made of polyester. It was Washable and Durable. In order to facilitate transport and packaging, item sent folded. So Resulting in crease . There are 2 recovery methods:
1.Roll it up tightly with a cylinder and then just waiting for 2 to 4 days. The wrinkles and crease are almost removed.
2.You can iron the back surface with steam iron but not dry iron. Iron it with low heat. Do not iron the front.
