1. Your Order Has Not Been Processed Yet

Processing Time: We begin processing orders within 24 hours after they are placed.

Cancellation Request: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at cs@mocsicka.com within 6 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Your Order Is Already in Process

Production Stage: If your order has entered the production stage, a 25% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover production costs.

Shipped Orders: If the product has already been produced and shipped, in addition to the 25% deduction, shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund.
3. Your Order Has Been Shipped
If the items you receive have production defects or were damaged during packing or transit, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
